Return & Refund Policy

At VS Society Fashion, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Window We accept returns within 3 to 5 days after the delivery date. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a return or refund.

Eligibility Requirements To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must confirm and document the damage by providing clear photos or videos of the defective or incorrect item.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging — the same packaging in which it was delivered to you.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after the 3–5 day window
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us within 3–5 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos/videos documenting the issue.
  3. Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
  4. Ship the item back in the original packaging we used to send it to you.

Refund Process Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or an incorrect item was sent. In such cases, VS Society Fashion will cover the return shipping cost.
